Mr. McCulley's book defines a wellness protocol to get rid of the Type 2 diabetes and the symptoms, or at a minimum do a better job than the drugs you're taking. And, it's a measurable program -- so you'll know within 2 weeks if it's working -- that's validation.
Mr. McCulley's book identifies not only the supplements, but the key super foods that you need to eat to get stabilize your blood glucose/insulin levels. His book will teach you how to help your body to repair the cells -- if you understand pathology and how disease develops, then you know that "the cure" is in repairing the body's damaged cells. Supplements alone cannot repair the cells completely -- if you read Mr. McCulley's book, you would acquire the knowledge to understand this.
Chapter 3 explains how diabetes works at the cellular level so that you can understand how to defeat the disease. The cells are damaged and are unable to pull in glucose from your bloodstream -- that's why your blood sugar continues to rise, and can also lead to an increase in blood pressure. When the cells are repaired, they are able to remove the extra glucose from your blood, and your blood glucose level returns to the normal range. Mr. McCulley explains this very well in his book, and in a couple of his videos.
Chapters 5-7, 8, 9, 10, 14 and 15 help to define specific actions and wellness protocols for blood glucose stabilization, high blood pressure, cell repair, reduction in insulin resistance/inflammation and fat metabolism. And, the protocols define the key steps, foods, and supplements you need to be consuming to burn fat, reduce belly fat, increase energy, and prevent the diabetic complications.
Read Chapters 7, 8, 9, and 15 to learn how to reverse the effects of diabetic retinopathy, blurred vision, neuropathy in the hands and feet, pain in the legs/feet, leg swelling (edema), kidney problems, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.

Chapter 13 also discusses the importance of the Body, Mind and Spirit; and the power of spirituality. Spirituality teaches us how to let go of false beliefs, negative attitudes, negative behaviors that are detrimental to our physical health.
Read Chapter 15 to learn the specific steps to follow, the specific foods to eat, the specific vitamins/nutrients to take -- in order to prevent diabetes, improve your health, and improve the health of your eyes, kidneys, heart, legs, brain, and other organs.

Mr. McCulley's book will tell you exactly what foods to eat and what foods to avoid! And, you'll meet someone who knows as much if not more about diabetes than most doctors. Don't make the same mistake that other diabetics make and wait until you are facing blindness, amputation, or kidney failure.
